These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI4CA, a website builder, marketing automation, and practice management platform ("Service") operated by CA Trainee Web (the "Operator", "we", "us") at ai4ca.in and its subdomains. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. The Service is intended for licensed professionals (Chartered Accountants, Cost & Management Accountants, Company Secretaries, Lawyers, Tax Professionals) and their authorized firm staff.
You may register using email + password, Sign in with Google, Sign in with Telegram, or Sign in with Facebook (Meta). We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service provides, depending on your subscription tier: hosted website builder with templates designed for legal and accounting firms; custom subdomain hosting on *.ai4ca.in and optional Bring-Your-Own Cloudflare hosting; domain registration and DNS management (via third-party registrars); practice management tools (clients, tasks, invoices, payments, compliance calendar); marketing automation (WhatsApp messaging, email templates, analytics); optional integrations with Google, Telegram, Meta, and other third parties.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. Major changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without prior notice.
If you are a Chartered Accountant operating in India, you remain solely responsible for your compliance with the ICAI Code of Ethics, including the revised 13th Edition effective April 1, 2026 governing advertising and solicitation. The Service provides tools that ENABLE compliant marketing — it does NOT review your content for compliance. The same principle applies to Lawyers, Company Secretaries, and other regulated professionals.
Razorpay handles payment processing. Their terms apply to the payment transaction itself.
You retain all intellectual property rights to the content you upload, create, or publish using the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, modify (only as technically necessary, such as image resizing), and serve Your Content for the purpose of operating the Service.
You represent and warrant that: you own or have the necessary rights to Your Content; Your Content does not infringe third-party rights; Your Content does not violate any applicable law or regulation. We may remove Your Content if we receive a credible takedown notice or legal demand and will notify you of any such removal.
The Service, including its source code, design, templates, and trademarks, is owned by CA Trainee Web (or licensed to it). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service while your account is active. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by law.
The Service integrates with Cloudflare, Google, Meta, Telegram, Brevo, Razorpay, and others. Your use of those integrations is also governed by the third party's own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. You use the Service at your own risk. The Service is not a substitute for independent professional judgment.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL CA TRAINEE WEB, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, OR INR 5,000 (Five Thousand Indian Rupees).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CA Trainee Web from any claim, demand, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: your breach of these Terms; your violation of any law or regulation; your infringement of third-party rights; your professional misconduct in your use of the Service.
You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms; required by law or regulatory order; or continued operation would expose us or other users to material legal or security risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation before resorting to litigation. The unsuccessful party in any litigation will pay the prevailing party's reasonable legal fees and costs.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email and a banner in the dashboard for at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
